We make every effort and take every precaution to ensure that your items are packaged correctly and that they leave our store in excellent condition. Due to the possibility of an accident or improper handling by a carrier, packages unfortunately may arrive in damaged condition.
If damage is discovered, contact The Shipping Mill immediately at 920-803-5065 or email@example.com. As the third party shipper, we are responsible for filing the claim on your behalf. Please keep the box and all packaging materials intact. The Carrier's representative and/or insurance agent may need to see this for 'proof-of-loss' inspection process. We also ask that you photograph the box, packing materials and damages to items for additional documentation. We will need these photographs along with proof of value and/or receipt of purchase to submit with the claim.
We have a very short time frame for filing a claim on your behalf - please be diligent in unpacking and inspecting your shipment. We appreciate your business but we hope that you do not need this information.
